Right of cancellation
As a consumer you have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop at KartingBrakes.Com
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline implies that you have 14 days from the receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. Please send an email to - firstname.lastname@example.org or use the standard withdrawal form that you find at the bottom of this page.
You cannot regret the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us notice at the same time.
If it is a specially constructed order and all concerned are aware that it is a "special order", the costumer has no right of cancellation.
Cancellation of a part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items at KartingBrakes.Com, you have the option of returning one or more goods, even if they are purchased in one order.
Please note that you pay the return delivery costs.
Once you have informed us that you will cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the items to us. You have to pay for the return costs, and you are liable if damage occurs during transportation.
Some items cannot be returned by standard mail. The cost of returning these goods is approximately the price of the delivery given on the invoice plus 20-50%.
No right of cancellation.
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
-Specially constructed orders.
Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have a distinct personal touch.
-Delivery of sealed goods / packaging and where the seal / packaging has been broken after delivery.
The item's condition when you return.
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it different from the intended function, you can only get a portion of the purchase amount back. The amount you get back depends on the merchandise's commercial value, and in some cases the outcome can be that you only get the freight costs back. For example an open package of brake pads is placed equal to a used item and cannot be returned.
If a return delivery does not come KartingBrakes.Com in hand, the customer has the documentation obligation.
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is decreased in value, we deduct the amount that you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, but not shipping costs. We will refund the money with the same payment method that you used at the time of the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation of the return.

When you shop at KartingBrakes.Com, the Danish sale of Goods Act is in force at the time in question.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your claim is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, money back or get a discounted price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be in time.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be sent back in proper packaging. When returning the item, please provide a detailed description of the problem.
Also remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
